If you answered yes to any of these questions I would like to
personally invite you to join myself and some
friends to
my yoga studio for our evenings of yoga practice.
If you have been thinking about doing yoga for awhile, then this
is a perfect opportunity to give it a try in a
comfortable environment with no stress.
 If
you have already been practicing yoga then this is a
convenient way for you to maintain your practice and
connect not only more to yourself but with others in
the neighborhood.
